La Bouganvillea is a new two-room apartment with bathroom set up in a rustic and elegant style included in a country villa with swimming pool, Casa 34. Completely independent and equipped with every comfort for 3 guests, it has an entrance with a single bed, a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with a double bed and an armchair bed, a kitchen area, a fireplace, a walk-in closet and a pantry and laundry room.

In the outdoor areas, guests have access to a private parking area and large areas in the pine forest equipped with hammocks, garden deck chairs, ping pong table and barbecue area where they can spend pleasant moments of relaxation.
Parking at the property is free. You can reach the old town in 5 minutes by car and 10 minutes on foot. For larger groups, Casa 34 offers the possibility of staying for an additional 4 guests in the residence "Gli Oleandri" included in the same structure.
